all went well in my recent tour in Patagonia! the order of the tours also made lots of sense. the first day i went to the museum so that helped understanding glaciers. Second day I visited Los Glaciares National Park, Then Torres del Paine National Park in Chile and finally the last day the boat tour Rio de Hielos Express The hotel in BA for the night before the flight to US was very practical to go on time to the airport. got home about 24 hours ago - flights on time etc.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent trip to Buenos Aires and Iguazu Falls that you arranged for us. We arrived home yesterday, Oct. 11, safe and sound. You did a marvelous job making all the arrangements for our stay in Argentina. The transfers to and from the airports went without problemsI would especially commend the transfer person Leonardo (from EZE to hotel and from hotel to EZE). He was most friendly and entertained us with information about Buenos Aires. He was almost like a tour guide. The tour guides, especially Sophia, and Hector at Iguazu were knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and caring for us two English speakers. The tours themselves were wonderful. Iguazu especially exceeded our expectations. The hotels were all staffed with great persons which made our stay that much more enjoyable. They also deserve commendations. In sum, we consider the trip to have been one of the best we have taken. Thanks to your arrangements, coordination and readiness to answer all questions in a very timely manner, we will always recall our stay in Argentina with fondness and wonder. If you need for me to fill out an evaluation for you, please do not hesitate to send it to me. Again, muchas gracias for your excellent service.

Hello Pablo: Returned yesterday from our BA-Rio cruise and wanted to thank you for your meticulous planning for our days in BA and our quick trip to Iguazu. Other than two days of rain in Iguazo (not your fault, obviously), everything was perfect. All of the transporters were waiting for us or on-time to pick us up and the tour guides were friendly, accommodating and very knowledgeable. I just wanted to send you a note to let you know that all the arrangements you made for me (and Susan) in Buenos Aires and Iguazu went really well (that is so unusual these days). I just wanted you to know that no problems were encountered with the services and accommodations you provided. We had a little wait for the transfer pickup at the airport in Iguazu but he eventually arrived so no problem. Thank you so much for using reliable vendors!! If I return to Argentina I will definitely uses your services again.

We are now back home safe and sound and had a WONDERFUL trip to the Iguazu Falls :>) !!! We have several friends that are going to take this same trip in 2018 and we will recommend 01Argentina Travel Agency without hesitation.
The service by the local agency in Puerto Iguazu was outstanding. Our group of 8 was just the right size. Fernando = Brazilian side was especially good. We filled out the Survey at the end of the trip and complemented all their guides!!! [Plus we tipped them.]
Hotel Arami was most satisfactory and the staff was friendly and spoke very good English. They even put up with my attempts to speak Spanish!. Only drawback; when we had a 7:30 pickup, the night clerk would not let us beginning eating breakfast until the clock struck the appointed hour, even though the buffet was all set up :>(! This made us rush to meet the Guide :>(!! The breakfast buffet was excellent.
You can now buy the tickets on BOTH SIDES of the Falls with a VISA Credit card. The Wanda Mines will accept $5.00 US Dollars for their entrance fee as will the San Ignacio Ruins = $11.00 US Dollars.
Please tell your clients that fly into Rio {SDU Airport] there is a FREE tram just outside the Terminal that will take them to the Cruise Port. Luckly we found it and it saved us a US $35.00 taxi ride.

We are back home and getting caught up on many things after our 35 day cruise and land vacation to South America. We absolutely loved our trip to Iguazu Falls - from the transportation to the hotel to the visits to the Argentinian and Brazilian areas it was wonderful.

Good morning Pablo. Pablo, we are now back in Canada. Pablo, we had quite the adventure, starting in Santiago, and stopping many wonderful ports, and finishing in Buenos Aires and Igauzu. Pablo, we had several 'vehicles picking us up, and dropping us off in Santiago, and 'nothing' compares to the service that you provided.
I 'apologize' for asking you about a vehicle big enough for everyone and their luggage, but you might understand now, why I was being pro-active, and worrying about service when we got to Buenos Aires!Pablo, I can only give your 'high high' remarks. Everything you promised, you delivered on. All the vehicles and drivers, were fabulous, first class! My group was 'very very' happy with all transfers (pick up and delivery) in Buenos Aires and for Igauzu Falls.
Our tour guide for Igauzu Falls was a nice man, and he did a good job.
Again, you provided 'wonderful' service to our group, always punctual and fabulous vehicles, and the hotel and breakfast was fabulous. We loved the little town of Port Igauzu, and would highly recommend your '01 Argentina Travel Agency'. Thanks again Pablo for being a man of your word, and delivering everything you promised.

Thank you. We loved everything you organised in Iguazu. Hektor our guide was perfect. Everything has been smooth and worked brilliantly. No stress! In BA we like our hotel and last night at the Tango was superb. The city tour was held up by port traffic but was ok in the end. Today at the tigre and river tour was a great morning before going home. I will be recommending you ad 01Argentina definitely. You have provided us with an excellent service. Thank you Pablo.
