This is to thank you for the trip to the Iguazu Falls which you have arranged for the 6 of us this last Year-End.
It was very well planned, the services were excellent and everything worked like a clock work. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly, seeing the Falls from the Devil's Throat! Fantastic! It rained a bit late that afternoon while we were on our way back from the Upper Trail, hence were not able to see the Falls from the Lower Trail, or with a boat. The Wanda Mines was also very impressive!
Nevertheless, all in all it was a well planned and executed plus memorable trip and we want you to know that we all appreciated what you have done!Thank you and Best Regards,

We returned home a few hours ago and I wanted to write you right away to thank you very
much for your services. Everything turned out as expected and we were pleased with all your
arrangements in Argentina Patagonia where we saw Bariloche, Ushuaia and El Calafate with the mini trekking. We had great weather and enjoyed the whole experience.

Arrived safely in Sydney
Waiting in customs line (approx 45min wait - u were correct!!)We have had a great trip - BA is truly a beautiful city (mix of Paris and Barcelona) - the Argentinian people have been really welcoming and happy to help us (as we don’t speak Spanish).
The tours u organised for us were great - the Falls, El Calafate were fantastic. The Tango show was great as was the B.Aires city tour and Delta Tigre boat trip.
All the hotels u booked on our behalf were fine , the staff really friendly and helpful and breakfasts really good.
All transfers (10 in total) were reliable, clean cars, professional drivers etc.
Thank you for organizing everything for us so well - we have had a great trip and will remember the many good times we have had for a long time.

Pablo, thank you for organizing a great tour in Buenos Aires and Iguazu Falls. Here is some feedback that might be helpful as you work with with other clients.
1. Esplendor Plaza Francia in Buenas Aires. It was a perfect location, and very nice hotel. Thank you for that recommendation.
2. Arranging our domestic flights through AEP was MUCH better than using EZE, especially using Esplendor Hotel. I really appreciated that you offered that option.
2. Arami Hotel in Iguazu was also very good. It was a 10 minute walk from the local bus station so Sandy and I were able to use the collectivo to see the falls independently for several hours the day we arrived in Puerto Iguazu, and stay later the day we went with Caracol.
3. Caracol was very professional as you had assured me. They were especially helpful crossing the border with Brazil.Thank you for all your help planning our trip. I especially appreciated your prompt answers to my many emails. Good luck to you and have good holidays.

Ariel I would have liked to thank you in person for the great job you did. Especially on a quick trip like mine, good timing and knowing that people (transfers, etc.) will be at a certain place at a certain time eliminates a lot of worry. Both hotels were perfect for my needs--clean, well-located, with good staffs. The tours were also well done. Overall, a great experience. The Montevideo tour got off to a slow start but lunch was good (an older waiter reminded me of ones in San Francisco who really know how to provide good service) and the tour after lunch was very interesting. The guide even helped me get to the Naval Museum when we stopped at a shopping area at the end of the tour. The only disappointment was not seeing the first artifact that was recovered from the Graf Spee which is, apparently, down near the port.
I will not hesitate to recommend your services if anyone asks me about visiting Argentina.
