Notable Bar This is closely linked to the history of tango, and in their tables used to meet the legendary Carlos Gardel with his friends bar from 1912, when he began his career with José Razzano. Founded by artist Luis Felipe Noé in 1969 as a demonstration (“a cultural provocation” as he would say) art movement of the New Figuration he belonged with Ernesto Deira, Rómulo Macció and Jorge de la Vega, from principle became the symbol of a generation.
