Tourism Minister’s Office and president of INPROTUR Henry Meyer said the celebration of Copa America football will have an economic impact of the first order for the tourist destinations of Argentina. <\/p>\n
To strengthen the image of Argentina as a tourism destination brand and the Minister of Tourism, Enrique Meyer, presented the institutional video of the new campaign INPROTUR “Argentina Late With You,” with images of tourist destinations which will host Argentina Argentina Copa America 2011. <\/p>\n
In the event, which took place at the Foreign Ministry, was attended by Tourism Minister’s Office, Daniel Aguilera, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Tourism Promotion, Patricia Vismara, executive secretary of the National Institute of Tourism, Leonardo Boto, the president the C\u00e1mara Argentina de Turismo (CAT), Oscar Ghezzi, the director general of Export Promotion, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship, Alejandro Alonso, the director of tourism support and promotion of investments, Jaime Besserman, provincial authorities and managers of tourist cameras. <\/p>\n
During the presentation, Meyer said that the celebration of Copa America football will have an economic impact of the first order for the tourist destinations of Argentina. “For our country it is a unique and exceptional opportunity to show the world through this popular national sport.”
\n“The America’s Cup schedule includes 26 games, 25 of which will be played inside the country, a move that will give a major boost to regional economies in various scales and also generating jobs in the provinces” he said. <\/p>\n
