President Cristina Fernandez announced that Argentina will have a Formula 1 Grand Prix, which will run on a street circuit in the city of Mar del Plata, from the next three years.<\/p>\n

“We are closing to bring Formula 1 in 2013, 2014 and 2015 to Mar del Plata,” said the President, in the event which honored a group of Argentine pilots who ran last year’s Dakar Rally and which was accompanied by Minister of Tourism, Enrique Meyer, among other officials.
